1. Order
When you place your order, you will receive an email with payment details. Your order will only be processed once we receive the initial deposit (50% of the total). This process should take between 10 and 20 days, depending on the product. For example, solar kits require a minimum of 30 orders.
2. Manufacturing
Once the minimum order quantity for the product we need to manufacture has been received, the manufacturing process will begin, which takes between 20 and 40 days, depending on the product requested. Please note that the Chinese New Year (late January) adds 10–14 days to the manufacturing process.
3. Shipment
Once the product is manufactured, the container will be sent to the port for a 50- to 60-day sea voyage. Transshipment may delay the process. Unlike competitors with unrealistic delivery times, we are transparent.
4. Collection/Delivery
Once the container arrives at the port, it may take up to 14 days to be cleared. Once cleared, the products will be transported to our warehouse for collection or shipped to your delivery address, if this arrangement has been previously agreed upon.
